Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products showing signs of wear or use.
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
