30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. See the table below for what qualifies.

How to Start a Return
- Email support@kevinjacobsalon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- For damaged or reaction returns, attach a photo.
- We will reply within one business day with return instructions and — where applicable — a prepaid shipping label.
- Ship the item to: Kevin Jacob Salon, 040 Old Country Rd #30, Plainview, NY 11803.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method. Your card issuer may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
