Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages. If we cancel a confirmed order, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars and are accurate at the time they are displayed. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. The price charged to you is the price shown at the time you complete checkout. Checkout is tax-free — we do not collect sales tax. Shipping is free on all US orders. No additional fees are added after checkout.

We accept major credit and debit cards processed through Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS certified). Payment card data is never stored on our servers.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Product photos represent the items sold. Results from haircare oils, masks, and heat tools vary by hair type, texture, and application technique. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims about our products.

Do not use the ceramic styling iron on wet or damp hair. Follow all included safety instructions.
